Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage sales orders and shipping documents, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in sales administration or customer service, and familiarity with import/export operations. Candidates with strong document management skills will excel in this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, ITE or Diploma holders.
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years related working experience in sales admin or customer service support.
- Experience with import/export and shipping related operations is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Letter of Credit is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Processing of sales orders for Local and Regional sales team.
- Preparation of shipping documents for custom clearance.
- Updating of products inventories on E-commerce platforms.
- Liaison with factory and forwarder on shipping arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Processing of sales orders for Local and Regional sales team (including online platforms).
- Preparation of shipping documents for custom clearance such as commercial Invoice, Packing List, certificate of origin from Chinese Chamber, Cert. of Quality, Form D, and etc.
- Preparation and monitoring on Letter of Credit verifications.
- Updating of products inventories on E-commerce platforms.
- Maintenance and updating stock allocation sheet.
- Liaison with factory and forwarder on shipping and logistics arrangement.
- Liaison and coordinate with customers and logistics department on delivery schedule.
- Preparation of Loan Goods Form for Road Show Events.
- Issuance of Goods Return/ Exchange for faulty sets.
- Handling of product enquiries from customers.
