A leading education institute in Singapore seeks a Sales Admin to provide full administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, effective communication ability, and is detail-oriented. Responsibilities include maintaining sales reports, managing inquiries via various channels, and coordinating the BD manager’s schedule. Experience with CRM systems (preferably NetSuite) and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is preferred.
The Sales Admin provides full administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Business Development team. This role ensures sales operations run smoothly through accurate reporting, timely responses to enquiries, and proper CRM management.
Provide full administrative support to the Sales team
Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports and trackers
Respond to company WhatsApp messages and handle basic enquiries
Manage email replies and perform simple lead qualification
Coordinate and manage the BD Manager’s calendar and meeting schedules
Maintain and update CRM records using NetSuite
Support sales follow-ups, documentation, and internal coordination
Handle other sales-related administrative tasks as required
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good written communication skills
Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and email-based customer enquiries
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management
Experience with CRM systems is a plus (NetSuite preferred)
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Detail-oriented and reliable
Able to work independently and follow up on tasks
Clear, professional communication style
