A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage orders from receipt to delivery effectively. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate order processing, communicating updates, and coordinating with departments like Production and Logistics. Candidates should have a Diploma in Business Administration or related fields, experience in sales administration, and strong communication skills, especially in Mandarin for liaising with customers. This role demands reliability, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
Coordinate and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery in a food manufacturing / FMCG environment.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing, confirmation, and follow-up.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Liaise closely with department like Production, Procurement, Logistics, and R&D to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
Coordinate delivery schedules, material availability, and production timelines to meet customer demand.
Support issue resolution related to order changes, delays, or supply constraints.
Assist in managing customer forecasts, usage tracking, and delivery planning.
Maintain accurate sales and usage records to support planning and replenishment.
To Track key sales data and operational metrics.
Prepare basic costing and quotations for existing customers as required.
Maintain accurate sales documentation, pricing records, and customer data.
Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers (Mandarin-speaking customers included).
Handle customer enquiries, order updates, and coordination matters efficiently and professionally.
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
Experience in sales administration, order coordination, or customer support within food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
Strong internal coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
Basic knowledge of costing and quotation preparation.
Competent in Microsoft Excel for tracking, simple analysis, and reporting.
Good written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
