The Sales Account Officer is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the overall sales and distribution objectives of Orel South East Asia. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent service delivery to achieve sales targets in both domestic and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key distributors, project clients, and retailers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Prepare account reports, track sales performance, and manage client communications efficiently.
2. Business Development
  • Identify new sales leads and opportunities within target markets (electrical, lighting, construction, etc.).
  • Support regional market expansion efforts in Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, and Malaysia.
  • Assist in tender participation, project submissions, and follow-ups with consultants and contractors.
3. Sales Operations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in coordination with the Sales Manager and finance team.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, payments, and delivery schedules with internal departments.
  • Ensure accuracy of product pricing, margins, and compliance with company policies.
4. Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.
  • Provide timely feedback and insights to management to support pricing and marketing strategies.
5. Reporting & Coordination
  • Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer service.
