A multinational company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Precision Mechanical Components. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Engineering or Sales/Marketing and experience in sales, preferably in technical products. Identify and secure new business opportunities in targeted markets and segments.
Coordinate cross‑functional account activities across the Medical Division to maximize global synergies.
Lead and manage the sales pipeline, providing timely updates on project status and forecasts.
Drive and lead price negotiations, ensuring competitive yet profitable outcomes.
Prepare annual sales and profitability budgets for assigned accounts.
Monitor major market or customer developments and propose proactive strategies.
Represent at trade shows, conferences, and customer events; compile post‑event reports.
Expand and nurture existing market segments in alignment with divisional strategy.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong engagement based on priority and planning.
Communicate company updates to customers and gather relevant market intelligence.
Ensure accurate, real‑time data entry in ERP and Salesforce systems; support CRM initiatives.
Effectively utilize sales tools such as ERP, Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
Manage customer contracts, addressing payment issues, order changes, and cancellations.
Collaborate closely with internal sales colleagues to share insights on customers, projects, and market trends.
