Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a personal sales plan focused on winning new customers and growing existing accounts within an assigned portfolio.
- Achieve revenue and shipment growth through strategic upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
- Manage a pipeline of leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert high‑potential prospects into loyal customers.
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, problem‑solving, and value‑added service.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate customer data in the CRM system to ensure effective account tracking and reporting.
- Prepare timely sales reports and performance updates using internal sales tools.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all account pricing and agreements comply with regional profit standards and tariff guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in logistics or service‑based industries).
