Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target Potential Clients: Research and identify potential clients within the pest control industry, such as homeowners, businesses, property managers, and real estate agents. Use various methods like cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals to reach out to potential clients.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Meet with potential clients to understand their pest control needs and concerns. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on the client's requirements. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional needs they may have. Create a sales plan that outlines goals, target markets, and strategies to achieve personal sales targets. Implement effective sales techniques such as consultative selling, relationship building, and objection handling to close deals.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Be responsive to client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information. Handle client complaints or issues professionally and work towards finding satisfactory resolutions. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with clients.
