The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team by managing customer communications, supporting order processing, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination. The role involves handling administrative tasks, preparing quotations, and providing post-sales support where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from an assigned leads database.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders.
  • Prepare and process required documentation, including quotations, purchase orders to suppliers, and delivery arrangements.
  • Provide after-sales customer support when necessary.
  • Manage general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and support reporting needs.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation control.
Requirements
  • Experience in Cold-calling and Sales support task
  • Experience in connector/component will be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
