Overview

The Sales Coordinator supports GVig’s commercial operations by managing sales orders, documentation, and shipment coordination. This role ensures timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, and delivery while maintaining strong communication between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners. Attention to detail and efficiency are key to upholding GVig’s service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving purchase order, raising sales order in ERP & doing invoicing/prepare proforma invoice, commercial invoice, assisting with packing lists/delivery order. Complete accuracy required.
  • Customizing invoices as per the market.
  • Organizing invoices, packing lists into folders.
  • Maintaining sales order fulfilment rate file.
  • Arrange local/overseas shipments.
  • Local/overseas courier for document & sample for clients.
  • Picking calls – pertaining to customer enquiries/transfer calls.
  • Preparing certification required for overseas shipment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience on the same or similar position.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Having a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
