A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Sale and Engineering Support Engineer. Sale and Engineering Support Engineer
  • Location: Nearest MRT Lentor Singapore 787542 [ Report to office but might need to travel to site]
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.15pm
  • Salary: Max $3450
  • A Diploma or a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
  • A proven track record in a technical support or sales engineering role is preferred
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager and Project Manager.

Job Descriptions:

  • Technical Support: Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting. You'll also provide feedback to help with follow-up jobs.
  • Pre-Sales Engineering: Work with the Sales Manager to understand customer requirements and provide technical information on our products. You will also assist in preparing direct estimates and quotations and participate in the planning and survey phase of new installations.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate with the Project Manager to assist in the procurement of parts and components. You will also convert design drawings into working drawings, carry out tests and prepare reports for system commissioning, and ensure work is completed according to as-built drawings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and assistants, delegating work and monitoring their progress to meet deadlines.
  • Client Relations: Build rapport with clients by showing you care about their concerns. You will be their key contact for technical advice and support.
