Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and revenue by finding new leads and managing existing accounts
• Reach out to new clients through cold calls, networking, and follow up after client meetings
• Build and maintain good relationships with current clients by understanding their needs
• Offer solution-based services to help clients with their challenges
• Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners (like vendors) to support agency work
• Stay updated on the company’s creative solutions and the latest trends in the industry

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
• Junior Account Manager: Preferably at least 3 years of experience in FMCG, F&B, consumer industries, or agency roles
• Training provided for those without relevant experience
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and working with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
