Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment & Sales Manager to lead our student acquisition efforts and drive enrolment growth. This role blends strategic outreach, marketing collaboration, and partnership management to attract and convert prospective students.
Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Sales
- Drive student enrolment through direct outreach, consultations, and personalized engagement.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and their families via email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
- Analyze student inquiries and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Specialize in student recruitment for the India, South East Asia, and Sri Lanka markets, applying regional insights and culturally tailored approaches to maximize engagement and enrolment outcomes.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute recruitment-focused campaigns.
- Leverage digital marketing tools to boost engagement and visibility.
- Oversee the creation of brochures and promotional materials tailored for student acquisition.
Intermediary Management & Partnerships
- Cultivate and manage relationships with recruitment intermediaries to ensure effective collaboration.
- Maintain Edutrust-compliant contracts and documentation for all intermediaries.
- Streamline enrolment workflows to maximize operational efficiency and student conversion.
Social Media & Outreach
- Work with marketing to maintain a strong presence on platforms such as Red Note, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to expand the college’s network and reach.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance recruitment success.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing roles.
- Familiarity with Edutrust requirements and education sector practices is a plus.
