Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Sales
  • Drive student enrolment through direct outreach, consultations, and personalized engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and their families via email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Analyze student inquiries and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Specialize in student recruitment for the India, South East Asia, and Sri Lanka markets, applying regional insights and culturally tailored approaches to maximize engagement and enrolment outcomes.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute recruitment-focused campaigns.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of brochures and promotional materials tailored for student acquisition.
Intermediary Management & Partnerships
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with recruitment intermediaries to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Maintain Edutrust-compliant contracts and documentation for all intermediaries.
  • Streamline enrolment workflows to maximize operational efficiency and student conversion.
Social Media & Outreach
  • Work with marketing to maintain a strong presence on platforms such as Red Note, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to expand the college’s network and reach.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance recruitment success.
