Salad Artist

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating healthy salads for customers. Our position will have a flexible schedule with consistent hours.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers professionally to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Prepare salad toppings, dressings, and ready-to-go items with attention to freshness and presentation.
  • Assemble custom and signature salads according to customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Adhere to standard recipes and operating procedures when preparing salads to maintain flavour and quality standards.
  • Manage the receipt, preparation, and organization of food delivery orders efficiently.
  • Assist with cashier duties and help restock the salad station and grab-and-go area as needed.
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace following procedural guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
