Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to HSE partner for projects, supporting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Deliver engaging safety training for employees, contractors, and new hires.
• Manage permit-to-work systems (Safe Work & Life-Saving Permits).
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis, Process Hazard Analysis, and Change Management activities.
• Support chemical management and maintain accurate Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ensure documentation and compliance records are audit-ready.
• Stay updated with HSE regulations and support site compliance.
• Drive follow-ups on audit findings and action items.
• Contribute to monthly safety meetings and emergency response training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go‑to HSE partner for projects, supporting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Deliver engaging safety training for employees, contractors, and new hires.
• Manage permit-to-work systems (Safe Work & Life‑Saving Permits) to ensure safe operations.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years working experience in HSES, Environmental, or Process Safety (chemical industry preferred).
• Singaporean only.
