Job description

Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
• Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives to reduce workplace incidents and man-day losses.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of work areas, laboratories, offices, and facilities.
• Assist in preparing reports, reviewing Emergency Response Plans, and recommending improvements.
• Deliver safety training and guidance to employees to promote awareness and safe practices.
• Investigate incidents, identify corrective and preventive actions, and assist in report preparation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, fire, safety, and health regulations.
• Manage permits required prior to work commencement.
• Perform other safety-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Specialist Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment as stipulated in the MOM’s accepted WSH-related qualifications
• Must be registered with MOM as a WSH officer.
• Min 3 years of related working experience.
• Willing to work in Tuas South.
