Vacancy: Full-Time Safety Officer (Construction Industry)

We are a growing construction company looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Officer to join our team.

Job Scope:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct safety training and briefings for all workers on-site.
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper equipment is being used at all times.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and reports.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to ensure safety protocols are integrated into daily operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Safety Officer, Safety Coordinator, or similar role in a construction environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction site safety protocols.
  • Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR).
