Job summary

A safety management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee workplace safety and health measures. Your role includes developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with MOM required.

• Willing to work night shifts depending on site arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Project Managers on workplace safety and health.
• Develop and monitor company EHS programs and policies.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections.

• Organize monthly Safety committee meetings.
• Maintain site's environmental, health and safety records.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities

• You will liaise closely to the Project Managers on workplace safety, health to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
• Develop, implement, and monitor company EHS Programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conducts regular site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct monthly Safety committee meetings.
• Review and maintain site's environmental, health and safety records.
• Carry out training to all workers, staff, and site personnel on EHS.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Environmental, Health and Safety or relevant courses
• Must be registered WSHO with MOM.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a construction industry.
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, and a “can-do” attitude
• Able to communicate with people of all levels.
• Willing to work for night shift (Depends on Site Arrangement)
