Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies & Company Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with local laws and regulations.
 - Conduct risk assessments for workshop and worksites to identify and mitigate hazards.
 - Ensure employees are equipped with proper PPE and receive required safety training (e.g. forklift, overhead crane).
 - Conduct regular inspections and audits on fire protection systems and workplace safety standards.
 - Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
 - Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.
 - Advise management and staff on WSH matters, including ISO 45001, BizSAFE, and risk management practices.
 - Monitor new safety regulations and trends to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.
 
Requirements
- Possess a valid Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer certification.
 - Possess a valid Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification.
 - Physically fit and able to perform site inspections and related duties.
 - Familiar with local safety laws, regulations, and standards (e.g. ISO 45001, BizSAFE).
 - Have experience in Construction Sector.
