Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Working place: Major Construction site in Jurong island, tuas, etc, some time : head office
2. ECO and other certificate is in priority
3. Working experience: WSH Officer in construction (industrial/condo/hdb projects).
4. Key Responsibilities
   • Establish, implement and monitor WSH management systems on-site.
   • Conduct Committee meeting, safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations.
   • Liaise with contractors, clients, and MOM officers for compliance.
   • Ensure adherence to SS 506 (Singapore) or equivalent local OSH standards.
   • Prepare safety reports (e.g., monthly WSH performance, near-miss analyses).
5. Skills & Competencies
   • Strong knowledge of construction safety hazards (e.g., scaffolding, lifting, electrical).
   • Familiarity with live plant safety (PTW, gas testing, hot work permits).
   • Proficient in WSH software (e.g., inTRAVEL, SAP EHS).
   • Leadership to enforce safety culture among workers.
