Job summary

A leading EHS management firm in Singapore seeks an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental matters. The ideal candidate will develop and manage EHS programs, maintain ISO certifications, and conduct audits and training. Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of EHS legislation. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Preferably possess a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent field.
  • Registered WSHO and ECO with MOM & NEA.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities

  • In-charge of all safety, health and environmental matters.
  • Maintain and implement ISO 9001, OSHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 integrated management system.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In-charge of all safety, health and environmental matters.
  • Maintain, update and implement company ISO 9001, OSHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 integrated management system.
  • In-charge of EHS audits for company and sites.
  • Develop, plan, organize and manage the EHS programs for all projects.
  • Prepare EHS proposal for tender submission.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant EHS documents to authority.
  • Conduct relevant training such as safety induction course and EHS related training.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audit inspections.
  • Conduct induction programs and manage subcontractors EHS matters.
  • Conduct incident/accident investigation, reporting and follow up measures with Authorities, consultants, insurance companies and related parties.
  • Assist with licensing matters with relevant local authorities.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably possess Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and health or equivalent field.
  • Registered WSHO and ECO with MOM & NEA.
  • Experience working in oil and gas, chemical or waste management industry.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good working knowledge of EHS legislations, risk assessment techniques and environmental compliance.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
  • Self-motivated & able to work independently.
