Job summary

A leading firm in construction safety in Singapore is seeking a proactive Safety Lead to promote safety standards and ensure the well-being of personnel on-site. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety systems, collaborating with site staff, and assisting with accident reporting. Rotating shifts, including nights, are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry for building projects.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the Safety team and subcontractors in executing safety systems.
• Collaborate closely with site operations staff regarding safety matters.
• Assist the Safety Officer with accident reporting and investigations.
