Job summary

A local construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Coordinator to oversee site safety inductions and compliance with MOM regulations. Responsibilities include conducting tool box meetings, preparing risk assessments, and liaising with authorities. The ideal candidate has a recognized WSH Coordinator Certificate and at least one year of experience, preferably in LTA or HDB projects. A valid Class 2/3 driving license and own transport are required.

Job Descriptions

• Coordinate with Project Personnel for Site Safety Induction prior to project commencement
• Assist WSHO in preparation of RA / SWP submission
• Update each project on the latest MOM / WSH / NEA / SCDF requirements and legislations
• Conduct Tool Box Meeting for all sites
• Incident investigation and iReport submission when necessary
• Liaise with MOM authorities
• Monitor the upkeep of workers' dormitory
• Upate on the validity of machines' LM certification
• Updating and review of ISO 45001:2018 records for external auditing
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Required to travel from site to site

Requirements

• Possess recognized WSH Coordinator Certificate.
• Attained BCSS / Risk Management Certificate.
• At least 1 year experience (Preferably LTA & HDB project)
• Possess valid Class 2/3 driving license with own transport
