Job summary

Asia Advance Human Resource is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator for a prestigious cleaning services client in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting site inspections, and coordinating safety training.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of safety coordination experience, advanced WSH certification (Level B), and knowledge of IMS standards. A team player with strong communication skills and willingness to travel between sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of safety coordinator experience.
• Advanced Certification in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety laws and requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend control measures with safety reports to management.
• Measure and monitor safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Perform incident/near-miss investigations and report findings with corrective actions.
• Review safety documents including risk assessments and method statements from subcontractors.
