Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations at high-rise building projects. Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at the worksite

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company policies

• Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house safety rules

• Assist in accident/incident investigations and reporting

• Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, briefings, and safety time-outs

• Liaise with project teams and contractors on safety and health matters

• Monitor SHE performance and follow up on safety documentation

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or relevant safety certifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-rise building projects

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

• Willing to work at night shifts

• 6-day work week
