Qualifications

  • Possess a valid WSH Coordinator registration with MOM.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction safety coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act, regulations, and Code of Practice.
  • Familiar with risk assessment methods, incident investigation, and safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace safety and health (WSH) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with MOM and WSH regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safe work procedures
  • Coordinate and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and trainings for workers and subcontractors
  • Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend preventive measures
  • Maintain proper WSH records, documentation, and reports as required by statutory regulations
  • Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and authorities on all WSH-related matters
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce

What We're Looking For
