Job summary

A signage manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate with expertise in health and safety documentation and construction industry familiarity. Responsibilities include preparing risk assessments, conducting site surveys, and managing equipment inspections. The ideal applicant should possess a valid BizSAFE Level 2 certificate and be proficient in MS Office. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, and Fall Protection Plans.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare safety documents.
• Track and arrange inspections for equipment renewals.
• Arrange renewal training for workers before expiry.
• Attend SCDF/MOM factory visits and follow up post-inspection.
• Prepare daily installation and production schedules.

Skills

BizSAFE Level 2 certificate

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, email)

Familiar with the construction industry

Class 2/3 driving license

Job description

We are a signage factory that design, fabricate and install interior and exterior signages. Our clients base range from construction sector, MNCs, statutory boards and Private SME.

We are seeking to hire a candidate with relevant expeirence and skills as listed.

Job requirements

• Have a valid BizSAFE Level 2 certificate
• Able to use Ms Office (Excel, Words, emails) proficiently doing report
• Familiar in construction industry.
• Preferably with class 2 / 3 driving license

Job Responsiblities

• Able To prepare indepently Risk Assesment, Safe work procedure, Fall Protection Plan with inputs of MOS by Project Managers
• Conduct site survey with Client & FM on site to evaluate Access to prepare safety documents.
• Keeping track & arrange for inspection of all equipments due expiry for renewal such as fire extinguisher, LM Certificates.
• Arrange workers for courses renewal before expiry (Core trades / Training certificates)
• Attend to SCDF/MOM factory visits and follow up after inspection.
• Prepare daily factory installation & production schedule.
