Job description

Responsibilities

• In charge of Building and Construction, Consulting, Engineering, General Management, Professional Services. Supervise all workers onsite on daily reports.
• Ensure that works are carried out accordingly to design, meeting the safety, health, environmental and comfort requirement for stakeholders.
• Identify defects and damages at the site infrastructures, including equipment and facilities, as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.
• Carry out safety training to instils safety awareness. Ensure safety rules and regulations at sites are adhered to by all site personnel.
• Be part of Safety Committee and ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental requirements including Authority Code of Practices (COP) and WSH, MOH & MOM Guidelines.
• Resolve any unexpected problems or difficulties that may arise at sites.
• Prepare regular reports to update site progress, resource utilization, requirements, past and on-going activities, etc.
• 6 working days (monday-Saturday).
