Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Executive to ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct EHS training, and coordinate audits. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, EHS experience, and a commitment to promoting safety culture. This role involves operational activities in industrial buildings, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM preferred.
• FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2.
• Manage Work at Height Certificate – Assessor/Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of local legislation e.g. WSH/SCDF/NEA preferable.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance on all safety and welfare matters.
• Identify training needs and develop EHS training.
• Coordinate audits and maintain EHS documents.
• Conduct EHS induction for contractors.
• Prepare and submit safety reports.
