Job summary

A safety management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee occupational safety and health at the workplace. The role involves conducting safety inspections, planning training sessions, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.   • Ensure occupational safety, health & security at the workplace.
  • Oversee safety practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings and quarterly SHS Committee Meeting.
  • Plan and conduct safety-related training for staff.
  • Perform safety inspections at office and customer premises.
  • Revise HIRARC, SWP, MOS as needed.
  • Supervise safe operation of FSO activities onsite.
  • Liaise with agencies for license renewals.
  • Involved in facilities and fleet management activities.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for ensuring the occupational safety, health & security at the workplace
  • To oversee safety practices, execute SHS activities for compliance with legal regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
  • To conduct, prepare agenda and minutes for monthly safety meeting with Field Service Operations and quarterly SHS Committee Meeting
  • To plan, coordinate, arrange and conduct safety-related training to staff (internal and external)
  • To perform safety inspection at office premises (including customer’s premises) and follow up with report
  • To revise HIRARC, SWP, MOS as and when necessary
  • To be onsite to supervise and monitor the safe operation of FSO activities (project based) in accordance with customers’ requirements / protocols
  • To liaise with various agencies on renewal of licenses
  • To be actively involved in facilities and fleet management activities.
  • Other instruction(s) from superior as and when necessary for business operations
