A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Safety and Quality Supervisor to lead warehouse safety compliance efforts. Organize and lead the warehouse team to ensure warehouse and office maintenance jobs are complied with safety regulations, SOP and ISO standards
Implement work plan, risk assessment and safe workplace procedures
Co-ordinate and monitor appropriate workplace safety measurements
Conduct regular warehouse inspections & audit in the area of safety and pest control and to take appropriate corrective action
Advise on work plan, Risk Assessment, Safe work procedure, hygiene standards, etc to ensure compliance of operation with Workplace Safety & Health Environment
Maintain mandatory records and other documentations
Study pest trends and submit month reports to customers
Study pest trends with Pest Control Company and work out solutions with them
Ensure temperature records are taken daily and accurately
Submit temperature trends to client monthly
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): ISOAudit, Risk Assessment, Management, CAPA, TAPA, Safety, Security, Facilities Management
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
