Job summary

A leading talent solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an RPA Test Support professional for a 6-month contract in Treasury. This role involves liaising with business units, validating trade deals, and preparing SWIFT payments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and experience in a treasury back office, with familiarity in derivative regulations and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

RPA test support (Treasury) | 6 Months Contract - Changi Business Park - UP 6.5K

This position is in the Remittance, Deposits & Treasury Ops (RDT) Department. This department is responsible for processing customers and interbank transactions; such as remittances, foreign exchange, derivatives, securities, time deposits, structured deposits, domestic transactions and settlements. The department also handles opening of account, online banking, cash pooling/sweeping, issuance of Certificate of Balance and Mark-to-Market.

This department consist of 3 teams - Remittance Team, Deposits Team & Treasury Team. This position is with the Treasury Team.

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with business units; especially Treasury Front Office on derivatives related.

Validate trade deals and send confirmation to counterparty.

Prepare and dispatch SWIFT payment, Deal/Settlement Confirmation.

Perform investigations and reconciliations.

Participate in system testing, project initiation and implementation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience in treasury back office environment.

Familiarity with derivative regulations.

Knowledge of SWIFT messages.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas, pivot table, charts.

Knowledge of RPA script writing using UiPath, Python, etc (added advantage).

Able to multi-task across functions.

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent team player.

Ideal Candidate

Ideally the candidates should have operations experience + knowledge of UiPath.
