JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, test, and implement automation solutions leveraging the LAIYE RPA platform.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including process analysis, documentation (PDD/SDD), development, UAT, and production deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into robust technical workflows.
• Maintain and optimize existing bots to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.
• Deliver solutions that meet best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in developing RPA solutions and delivering automation projects. An advantage if you have experience in using the LAIYE platform.
• Deep knowledge of RPA principles, best practices, and solution design patterns.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in scripting or programming with Python and/or VB.Net.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• LAIYE RPA Developer Certification is highly advantageous.
