(1-Year Contract with Completion Bonus)
Location: Singapore/ Jurong | 5-Day Work Week

We are looking for an experienced RPA / Automation Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support automation solutions for SMB enterprise digital transformation projects. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with business users to deliver end-to-end automation using leading RPA platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA platforms for SMB enterprise workflows
• Support the full project lifecycle including process analysis, documentation (PDD/SDD), development, UAT, and production handover
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective automation solutions
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing automation bots to ensure stability, scalability, and performance
• Apply best practices in automation design to ensure maintainability and long-term support
• Provide post-deployment support and documentation as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development or automation engineering
• Prior experience working in a system integrator (SI) environment supporting commercial enterprise automation projects
• Hands‑on experience with RPA platforms such as Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath, Laiye, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, solution architecture, and design patterns
• Proficiency in Python and/or VB.NET for scripting and custom automation logic
• Experience integrating automation workflows with ERP, CRM, or business systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• RPA developer certifications (Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath, Laiye) are an advantage
