Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and pantries per hotel standards.
- Replenish bar items for guest rooms.
- Organize housekeeping trolley and linen pantries.
- Gather and remove soiled linen from floors.
- Assist in managing guestroom items and furniture.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to clean and maintain guest rooms, guest corridor and service pantry in accordance to the standards set by the hotel – make bed, dust the room and furniture, replenish the guestroom and bath supplies, clean the bathroom and bedroom, vacuum carpet.
- Responsible to replenish the mini bar items for the guest rooms.
- Organizes and replenishes housekeeping trolley and linen pantries on assigned floors with linen and amenities.
- Responsible for the gathering and removal of soiled linen from the floors.
- Assists in the placement and/or removal of guestroom items including furniture and fittings (e.g., rollaway bed, baby cots).
- Ensures rubbish is collected from floors and is disposed in accordance to hotel standards.
- Completes all assigned paperwork (updating room cleaned, D&D room etc.) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reports any maintenance issues (e.g., carpet cleaning requirements, pest infestations) to Housekeeping Coordinator.
- Ensure all lost and found items from the guest room are handed over to Security Department promptly.
- Manages and monitors the housekeeping status of the “Knowcross” system.
- Other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Education & Work Experience
- Primary education or equivalent.
- Prior hotel working experience preferred.
- Able to speak and understand basic English.
