Responsibilities
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

Key responsibilities
- Team management: Supervise and coordinate roofing crews, assign daily tasks, and provide guidance and support.
- Quality control: Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure it meets project specifications and high standards.
- Safety enforcement: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and conduct safety briefings for the team.
- Project planning: Schedule work, order materials, and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Training and development: Train new workers on techniques and mentor the team.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the crew, project managers, clients, and suppliers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including work progress and material usage.
- Problem-solving: Address on-site issues and unexpected circumstances promptly and effectively.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
