The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in automation and technical service, with skills in troubleshooting and customer service. This role involves travelling within Southeast Asia for customer site visits, especially to Malaysia. Competitive salary range of $4,000 – $5,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation or technical service.
• Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and troubleshooting support for industrial robots.
• Diagnose and repair 4- and 6-axis robot systems.
• Perform upgrades and prepare detailed service reports.
