A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Service Engineer – Robotics to provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for industrial robots. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in automation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining robots, coordinating service activities, and managing spare parts inventory. This role offers a salary range of $4,000 – $5,500 and requires occasional travel within Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation or technical service.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic programming support for industrial robots.
• Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, or onsite visits.
• Complete detailed service reports and update service records in the CRM system.
