The role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for industrial robots across Singapore and Malaysia. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation or technical service.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic programming support for industrial robots.
• Diagnose and repair 4- and 6-axis robot systems and associated controllers.
• Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, or onsite visits.
• Record and report robot performance and service findings in the internal system.
• Perform upgrades, repairs, and system restarts at customer sites.
• Complete detailed service reports and update service records in the CRM system.
