Job summary

PassFort is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineering Intern based in Singapore to support clients in the Robotics Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, setting up robots, and helping ensure software integration for various robotic applications.

The ideal candidate should have programming skills in C++ and Python, a good understanding of robotic systems, and excellent communication skills. A small stipend will be provided for this internship position.

Qualifications

• Currently based in Singapore.
• Interest in the Robotics Industry.
• Good programming skills in C++, Python, Linux, ROS, and Docker.
• Understanding of robotic software and mechanical design.
• Ability to propose engineering solutions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.
• Researching and troubleshooting client system issues.
• Setting up and tuning robots as required.
• Escalating unresolved issues to internal teams.
