Job summary

LionsBot International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Software QA Engineer Intern to safeguard the quality of software powering robots worldwide. You will join an agile team, design and execute tests for web and mobile apps, and help release reliable software.

The internship covers manual and automated testing using JavaScript/TypeScript with Cypress or Playwright, collaborating with developers on test strategy, and gaining hands-on experience with CI/CD, API testing, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Git workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Log, triage, and verify defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across browsers and devices.
• Build automated tests using JavaScript or TypeScript with tools like Cypress or Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers on requirements review, test strategy, and release readiness.
