Job summary

OIKIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail sales professional to deliver excellent after-sales service, recommend suitable products, and process orders across multiple locations.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, road show flexibility, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook. On-the-job training is provided, with an array of staff benefits including commissions and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Work in different location for road show.
• 6 day work week, able to work on weekends & public holidays
• Possess Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and basic computer skills
• Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Retail sales background will be an advantage
• On-the-Job training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent before and after sales service to meet customers' needs and satisfaction
• Recommend appropriate products based on the customers' requirements
• Provide correct and up-to-date product information for the customers
• Process with sales order and payment
• Update office with new order and installation as per customers' preferred date
