Job summary

sgovterp is seeking an Engineer, Road Works Consultation & Digitalisation to drive digital transformation in how road works are managed in Singapore. You will bridge operations and technology, contributing to the redevelopment of the LTA.PROMPT portal and coordinating with users, partners and developers to implement practical digital solutions.

You will help streamline regulatory processes, enhance user experience, and bolster infrastructure safeguarding through cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Traffic/Transportation Engineering or related field.
Strong interest in applying digital technologies to operations.
Ability to translate user needs into practical solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Willingness to engage with multiple government agencies.

Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation and innovation in how road works are managed in Singapore.
Serve as bridge between operations and technology for the LTA.PROMPT portal redevelopment.
Collaborate with operational users, technology partners and developers to translate needs into system requirements.
Coordinate user inputs, system testing and rollout to improve regulatory efficiency and user experience.
Support pre-consultation and streamline processes for major utility projects, coordinating across agencies.
