Job summary
A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role offers the opportunity to manage site operations and interact with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience.
 - Possess Class 3 driving license is a good advantage.

Education
 Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance
- To report and assist Project Manager (PM), Operations / Site Manager and Engineer on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
 - To assist PM, Operations / Site Manager and Engineer in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
 - To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications / bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health practices and all other contract documents.
 - To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities, Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
 - To liaise with Client or Consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure records are maintained at site.
 - To plan and manage site operations and ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities to work teams.
 - To prepare and document daily reports to track completion progress.
 - To ensure upkeep of site machinery and equipment, and maintain proper documentation of maintenance regime.
 - Under the Workplace Safety & Health Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe by following safety and health procedures; reporting unsafe acts and incidents; and not tampering with safety devices or performing willful/reckless acts.
 - Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
 
Job Requirement
