A second line-of-defence role in Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management that focuses on governance, independent oversight, framework development and support to first line-of-defence functions (first line). This role provides oversight of the BCM program that ensures framework aligns to regulatory requirements, is robustly applied and the NETS group (Group) remains resilient against potential disruptive events.
It is required that the incumbent works closely with both business, operations and technology functions to identify and manage all risks that may potentially disrupt the ability to perform its critical business services and help drive regulatory compliance across the Group. The ideal candidate is one who is a confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, demonstrates the ability to exercise good judgement and partner with the business while maintaining independent oversight.
