Roles & Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough assessments of motor insurance proposals, ensuring risks are appropriately underwritten in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities, manage and expand key accounts, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives aimed at building a sustainable and profitable motor portfolio.
• Build long-term, productive relationships with brokers and business partners, supporting both new business acquisition and policy renewals to enhance customer retention and overall profitability.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of motor product offerings, contribute to underwriting process enhancements, support team operations, and engage with industry networks to stay ahead of evolving market practices.

Requirements

• BCP, GI Certified
• Diploma in Insurance
• At least 5 years of underwriting experience in motor insurance.
• Possesses a strong understanding of risk assessment, knowledge of pricing strategies, and experience with policy issuance processes in motor insurance.

Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
