Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a proactive professional to assist in risk awareness campaigns and support Risk Week initiatives in Singapore. You will help design engaging materials and coordinate logistics for events, liaising with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, creativity in marketing designs, and familiarity with risk management concepts, including ISO 31000. Experience in event planning is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. ISO31000).
• Good visual design and creative skills with Canva/Adobe tools.
• Experience in event planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing, planning and executing risk awareness campaigns.
• Support in organizing and promoting Risk Week, a company-wide engagement initiative to promote risk awareness and culture.
• Assist in development of events / campaigns agenda, themes and related materials.
• Design marketing materials, including posters, newsletters or emails etc.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings / events including liaising with internal teams or vendors.
• Support in other ad-hoc risk-related projects or initiatives.
