Job summary

Endowus is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support onboarding, AML/CFT reviews and ongoing due diligence for clients in Singapore. You will prepare STRs, assist with regulatory reporting, and support audits and licensing activities within a fast-growing wealth platform.

Candidates typically hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in similar roles, show independent and proactive problem-solving, and pay close attention to detail. Short notice availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in FIs or fintech; fresh graduates with internships considered.
• Working knowledge of AML/CFT and related compliance roles.
• Independent, proactive and able to solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to start on short notice is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review new clients and enhanced due diligence with Compliance approval.
• Conduct annual and trigger-based reviews for AML/CFT.
• Perform ongoing due diligence on existing clients.
• Prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs).
• Support compliance testing programs (e.g., review of marketing materials).
• Perform licensing applications and maintenance for licensed representatives.
• Assist audit inspections and regulatory reporting gathering.
• Carry out other compliance-related tasks as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Review of new clients and relevant enhanced due diligence (EDD) performed during onboarding process requiring approval from Compliance
• Conduct annual and trigger-based review / assessment of clients flagged by Compliance Operations in relation to AML/CFT requirements
• Perform ongoing due diligence on existing clients
• Prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs)
• Support cross-functional Compliance testing programmes (e.g. review of marketing materials)
• Perform representatives licensing application, cessation and maintenance / review exercises to ensure compliance with licensed representatives’ obligations
• Support gathering of information for audit inspections/regulatory reporting
• Carry out other compliance-related work as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor degree holder
  1-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles in FIs or other fintech; fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered
• Working knowledge of AML/CFT and experience in similar role
