Job Responsibilities

• Assist with updating and maintaining ERM portal by organizing risk management content, creating user-friendly materials, and ensuring information remains accessible for the community.

• Support the quarterly KRI reporting cycle by tracking data submissions from risk owners, sending reminders, consolidating inputs, and assisting with basic report preparation.

• Coordinate between risk management team and technical teams to develop KRI dashboards, checking data accuracy and documenting updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Information Systems, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or business operations (internships and project work included).

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and visualization techniques (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).

• Basic understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance processes and Experience with content creation or portal/website maintenance.

• Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.

• Experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders or supporting administrative operations. Interest in technology applications in risk management (e.g., dashboards, automation).
