As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will collaborate with a global team responsible for identifying and mitigating potential misuse of Apple tools while protecting our customers from internal fraud. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in raising awareness of contact center security requirements, ensuring appropriate communications with business owners, and verifying the adequacy of training and processes.Successful candidates will work closely with various internal and external business partners, including Global Security, Legal, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Supplier Responsibility, and Retail Operations.

Description

- Possess leadership qualities, with the ability to work with higher-level managers, as well as site facility managers.- Identify opportunities and facilitate solutions within the internal security space.- Work independently and cooperatively with multiple business owners while maintaining the vision of Apple’s privacy and security concerns.- Possess extraordinary interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills to establish tight-knit relationships within Apple, with our customers, and our team.- Manage and own major Risk and Compliance-focused initiatives from beginning to end with minimal supervision.- Drive privacy and information security training and awareness with RCC Leadership.- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.- Have a passion for Apple’s customers, their privacy, and the overall customer experience.- Engage in business initiatives to ensure that the impact of changes will be measurable.- Identify ways to mitigate misuse of internal tools and protect our customers’ PII.- Report escalation trends to management and other key partners.- Assist partner groups with data requests.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Japanese and English (Korean a plus)).
  • Ability to self-motivate with excellent skills in project management, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management.
  • Skilled in understanding business interdependence — who, when, and how to engage.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced at spreadsheet analysis.
  • Exemplary work ethic with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in contact centers, information security, or related fields.
