Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based recruitment specialist seeking a Risk Analyst (Supply Chain) to join our client, a global automotive business with regional operations in Asia. You will support data reporting for Board and Management, conduct surveys, and assist in supplier risk monitoring and continuity planning across Asia.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–6 years’ experience in risk management, procurement governance or supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business or its equivalent.
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in risk management, management reporting, procurement governance and/or supplier management functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites, experience with VBA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of data reports, and presentation materials for Board members and Management staff, to include global reporting activities.
• Conducts various surveys in accordance with HQ guidelines.
• Coordinates business continuity planning activities and supply chain mapping across Asia region in coordination with internal stakeholder and external supplier.
• Monitors supplier financial risk status, and support in the development and monitoring of supplier risk ratings and dashboards.
• Assist in coordinating with respective departments on monitoring changes in Singapore legislation to assess applicability and impact.
• Assist in contract management and Master Service Agreement revisions.
• Provide support in monitoring governance and compliance activities.
